Kurt Warner comes out of Retirement
Kurt Warner is looking for one last chance at the Lombardi trophy. He wants to go to a team that is a Super Bowl Contender and be the Starting QB. Warner will make his decision by the draft. If interested please state your case below.
Re: Kurt Warner comes out of Retirement
See my post in the Tyrod thread.
If Peyton retires, Kurt's attributes are pretty similar to his. Peyton is 91 THP, 90+ Accuracies; Kurt is 90 THP, 90+ Accuracies. He would be perfect for my team.

Re: Kurt Warner comes out of Retirement
The Chiefs would be elated to bring Kurt Warner to Kansas City. Starting Rookie QB Martens, while he put up some decent numbers, completely folded when it mattered the most... He was thrust into the spot light to soon, and his team paid the price.
With a year of watching, and learning under one of the true great QB's in the modern era Martens would be able to thrive in the future. The orginazation needs a true leader NOW to take the rains, and lead us deep into the playoffs THIS season.
Kurt will have a loaded arsenal at his disposal including: Star WR's Mike Wallace Dwayne Bowe, and Randall Cobb, TEs Jermichael Findley and Dustin Keller. One of the best RB's out of the backfield in the NFL Demarco Murray, and too top it off an outstanding O-Line. This is litterally a perfect fit for the former MVP.

The chiefs origination doesn't need to bash any other teams or owners to deserve Mr. Warner's services.

Cjok talking about how good his team is and his already good QB kill his chances of deserving Warner IMO.

Martens is good for a 1yr guy yes. But, an elite QB like Warner he is not.

Re: Kurt Warner comes out of Retirement
Here is the bottom line, if Warner wants a shot at a Super Bowl ring, the St. Louis Rams would be the best option. 2 Seasons ago, the Rams made it to the conference championship with Chad Henne playing for half the season and Cutler finishing up the other half and the team earned themselves a bye and won their first divisional round playoff game against the rival 49ers. The next season, the Rams with a relatively light schedule managed to go 14-2 and secured the number 2 seed where the made it to the su per bowl after beating the number 3 seed Vikings and number 1 seed Panthers.
If progression aligns as it has the last 2 seasons, the Rams have a good shot at repeating a super bowl run. Now, why would or should Warner want to join the Rams? The rams need a field general. Cutler threw away any chance that the Rams had to win the big game after throwing 7 interceptions and being god awful in over throws - he just has too much cannon for his own good. The rams, like we've seen other superbowl contenders have an elite and star studed defense that can get close games done. What they need is a coach and quarterback who are precise field generals who do not turn the ball over.
Much like Warners Superbowl run with the Cardinals, the Rams also have one of the best receiving groups in the league with Jordy Nelson, Denarious Moore, Jeremy Maclin, Pierre Garcon, and return specialist Keyshawn Martin.
If Warner actually wants to come to a team to win a Super bowl, St. Louis would be the obvious choice.

Re: Kurt Warner comes out of Retirement
@adamschefter: The chase for Kurt Warner has heated up. Rumors have it that Warner will make his decision between 3 teams. Titans, Chiefs and Rams. Rumors have it that both Danny Martens and Jay Cutler will ask for a release if their team signs Warner. Both are not happy with their organizations at this point.

Bottom line is this: Warner is coming back to win. So he will go to the team most set up to give him the chance.

Did you read the first post? Obviously not as he specifically stated Warner wanted (and would go to) a team that had a shot at the championship.
